What We Do
The Coven of Leaves is a Gardnerian Wiccan coven and seminary rooted in Western North Carolina. We preserve and transmit an initiatory religious tradition while creating opportunities for education, service, dialogue, and community participation. Our work is guided by the belief that spiritual practice should deepen our relationship with ourselves, one another, and the world we inhabit.
We celebrate the Wheel of the Year through ritual, sacred observance, and transformational spiritual practice.
Worship
We offer a comprehensive program for those called to the path of priesthood and for all who seek deeper understanding.
Seminary
We provide spiritual counseling, rites of passage, and compassionate support for life's transitions and challenges.
Pastoral Care
We build belonging and strengthen our community thorough education, dialogue, mutual aid, and advocacy.

Unlike many religious organizations, The Coven of Leaves does not finance its ministry through tithes, dues for religious instruction, or other mandated giving. As the Gardnerian tradition forbids such acts the Coven of Leaves is sustained entirely by the voluntary generosity of those who believe the work of this Coven should continue.
